The Brazul rose in the beginning of 60s, in a dream of four boys that had a truck maintenance workshop in the center of São Bernardo do Campo. Established officially in September 9, 1960, the company is named Companhia Transportadora Branco e Azul - Brazul and since May of 1967 started to called Brazul Transporte de Veículos Ltda.

The small workshop grown up and became one of the main auto transport companies in the country. With the opening of capital of state in 1986, the company adopted a new administrative orientation, which has created a efficient and modern structure, qualified the team,adjusted and expanded the installation, consolidated the company in the leading position in the sector. To reduce the cost and expand the market, following the tendency of fusion and acquisition of the world, the Brazul has incorporated Tnorte Transportadora de Veículos Ltda on October,15 ,1999.
